I attended Binita's womb healing workshop yesterday. It was an amazing experience. I felt as if right there, in that moment , I started releasing heavy & stuck energies. I attended Binita’s womb healing workshop yesterday. I’ve been waiting to take part in this for some time now as I suffer from PCOS. I’ve read about how we store trauma in our bodies, and I always felt like I have stored my trauma in my womb. This was an enlightening workshop. It not only gave me more knowledge about trauma but is stored in our bodies and how we carry it for generations if not healed, but it also showed me the path for healing.I came out of it feeling exhilarated, ligher and happy. This also helped me connect with my women ancestors. Now I feel like I am not alone. I have a group of great women cheering on me on my journey. I would recommend this workshop for any women who are dealing with trauma or hormonal issues like me.
