Welcome to The Meditation Circle— the brainchild of Binita Aamol Rege. She believes meditation is an important activity to amalgamate in our lives. She has built a community around this concept. It started with her own students and clients but now reaches out to hundreds of people through her full moon meditations and other workshops; involving unique techniques to promote mental health and overall healing.
The Meditation Circle is a sacred space open to all; check in and let go of what your heart doesn’t want to hold on to. The circle is divided into two communities: one for spiritual growth to keep each other in divine peace and company, and one for meditation where healing centric activities and workshops take place.
